The blog has finally been
updated! So sorry about the unannounced hiatus! Visit

Spring is upon us! Mom and I have been spending our days away
from the shop in the vegetable garden and thoroughly enjoying
the beautiful weather! At the shop, the lovely weather has allowed
our clothesline to be able to return to it’s regular spot
outside the shop and from June 24-28 it will be laden with tablecloths,
dresser scarves, tea towels and more for our Vintage Linen Sale.
Spring also marks the anniversary of our grand opening! It has
been an absolutely fantastic, whirlwind year and we’re going to celebrate on Sunday, April
6th! I hope that many of you can find a moment to stop by and say hello! It would
mean so much to us to see everyone that has made this year a success. We will
have goodies all day and make sure to enter our drawing for some great prizes!
We can’t thank everyone enough for the overwhelming amount of support,
friendship, advice and love that we have recieved during our venture.
Upcoming dates to keep in mind:
- April 16, 17, 18, & 19 we will be participating
in a Local Shop Hop and all of our new fabrics (not vintage or
remnants) will be 20% off.
- May 23, 24, & 25 we are hosting a Fiber
Retreat in beautiful Downieville, CA. We are very excited to
be bringing Carin Engen down for three great days of fiber -
knitting, spinning, crocheting, felting, and don’t forget

- June 21 we will have a booth at the Downieville Gold Rush Days.
We will be having spinning demonstrations and, as always at this
event, we will be in complete 1850s costume.
