The Tin Thimble is a family-owned and operated creative sewing and fiber arts shop. We believe that there is great value in skilled hand work - we have seen over and over again the restorative, spiritual and confidence building effects of working with ones hands. Here at the shop we make a point to create an inviting and safe place to try new things and express creativity.
What We Do
Specializing in felting and vintage sewing, we strive to inspire creativity in others. We carry felting supplies, wool rovings, new and vintage fabric, notions, new and vintage patterns, an assortment of handmade gifts and much more. We teach a wide variety of classes – everything from beginning sewing lessons to dyeing to felting.
