Our previous Intermediate Nuno Felted Shawl workshop is now a nuno felted samples class and we think you’ll love it. In this workshop, students will learn a wide range of new skills to build on their level 1 nuno felted scarf foundation by creating a series of technical samples. Topics covered will include how to create ruffles, lattice pattern, and fringed ends, how to fuse together pieces of silk, how to felt off the edge of the fabric, and how to felt with cotton gauze. Sharon will also show students how to felt in lace bits, scraps of silk, and loads of embellishments that are not covered in the level 1 scarf class! Bring your lunch and spend the entire day creating!  This class is a GREAT WAY TO LEARN THE NEW “NO ROLL” DRYER METHOD. A materials list will be available upon registration.  This class ends at 2:00 on the second day.

Prerequisite: Nuno Felted Scarf class or 4-6 hours of nuno or wet felting experience.

Instructor: Sharon Mansfield
Class Fee: $165 + Materials

How to register: Call us old fashioned, but we like to talk to our customers! Give us a call at 916-652-2134 during business hours and we’d love to answer your questions and get you all signed up for a workshop. Thank you!
