We are currently only offering workshops, at our new studio space, on a one-on-one basis in order to keep health and safety a priority. If you would like to schedule a private workshop for this specific class, please send an email to classes@thetinthimble.com with a list of FOUR days (weekends and weekdays!) that you are available. We will get back to you with pricing info and to finalize a date.
Let’s go beyond eucalyptus! In this workshop students will learn how to imprint on silk, linen and wool fabric. Depending on the season of the workshop, students will print madrone, english walnut, chestnut, manzanita, three types of eucalyptus, smoke bush, redwood, Japanese maple, pecan, catalpa, white alder and more. Dye experiments will include rosemary, cineria, poke berry, manzanita, mountain misery and others, again, depending on the season of the workshop. This workshop is a fully immersive experience and students will leave with the culmination of Sharon’s years of knowledge and experimentation.
